Can you save her. I didn't realize what was going on as i were too busy running away from angry men-at-arm and checking which horse i want to steal and now it bothers me.

Only heard about that when talking to lady in red dress whose name i can't remember.
Who by the way i'm pretty sure was flirting with MC. I mean it's not proper for lady to go in man's bedchamber after midnight, offering wine that was luxury and not for peasants and the big one talking how her marriage sucks.

I didn't know it was happening, i had three dudes running after me and i were focused on which horse looks coolest so i could nick it. When you do a heroic escape you gotta have cool looking horse.

Edit. Altough i suppose my escape wasn't that cool since i apparently ran past woman who was being violated

i stole one of there horese and she turned up later on to save me so i guess i saved her some how

I ran up to them and slashed them in the back. Once their attention was on me, all I could think was "oh ♥♥♥♥."

Ended up bolting through them to the horse.

You don't need to attack at all. You can be far away and still save her. Just hit the whistle button for a horse. It gets their attention and they focus on you. I did it by accident thanks to the tutorial prompt. I was just trying to call a horse, but whistling saved Theresa as well. You'll be far away, and won't have to fight.

I just pressed X near them and i have got their attention

if you dont help her she will kill the attackers with a dagger by herself.
