it doesnt work immidiately and i still have to listen to warhorse studio logo, which can get tedios after a while.

You will have to sit through some of the intro as the game needs some time to load up the menu while it is playing.Even if they allowed you to skip it,you still will not be able to access the menu yet as it has not been loaded and just get a black screen instead.Nothing much the devs can do.

Deep silver and warhorse logos are also loading screens? I kinda doubt that.
I have a fast ssd, i can immidiately skip history lesson logo, but still have to play trough deep silver and warhorse. A bit annoying.

They are not loading screens per se,the game is loading up the menu in the background.Even if there was a way to remove them,you would still end up starting in a black screen and waiting for the same amount of time for the menu to load up.I experienced the same with Civilization VI and XCOM as well

As somebody said correctly you can remove the loading video but you still have to wait till the game is completely loaded.
