Stuck in a dream

I burried my parents, fought with the bandits, was saved by theresa, and now i am stuck in a red/black dream sequence where i killed three kurman soldiers. nearby are two blurred women by a fire screaming "no". I dont know where to go or what to do, the dream doesnt stop. Help :(

I wandered around for 30 min. got bored and loaded my last save. Now I have to start all over in the LAST TOWN. Decided to close the game for the night. Too frustrating.

me too, but the worst thing was a quest where i had to steal a ring. i had 10 lockpicks but i failed at the chest every time, so i had to redo 10min of gameplay for 10+ times.

EXACT same experiance as Stlinlp. I figured it was bugged and I'd just reload the nearest autosave. Little did I realize there wasn't one. Sigh

Necroing to answer this properly. You start the dream at the town entrance gate. Follow the path uphill toward where your parents died. If you keep an eye on the horizon you should be able to see a silhouette of the castle, like a tower. Head toward that to find the opposite gate and the dream sequence will end when you get close enough.

As above, Henry is nearly dead and he's remembering splashes of his life just keep going forward.

If you're playing on Hardmode, then there is no waypoints on the compass.
The path is simply towards the castle. Just aim for your home and you should get out of the dream
