Game wont' start up [Solved]

I have the problem that the game won't start up.

When i start it on steam or via the steamfolder, only the "spalsh screen" or what you can call it, comes up and then nothing. It's just there till i press it, and when i do it stops responding.

I also have waited for about 10-20 min while the "screen" lanched but still nothing, it's just stuck there.
I have tried to verify the game, reinstall it, ect.

I have everything up to date.
But my question is, do i have all the files that requier to start the game?

For what i read, lite here and there, i "suspect" that people do not get the full download of the game.

Otherwise, if someone know how to get it to start, please help!

(Also, I have all the requierd specs to play the game, ofc..)

[Solved]

So.. I manage to fix it.

After doing this 1000 of times, I "force" shutdown my virusprotection, (I have Bitdefender) and opened the folder of the game, ran the .exe as an administarator and FINALLY, it works.

Hope it works for you all aswell.

Did you, perhaps restarted steam, just saw people with similar issue resolved by doing it.

If the devs are not answering I'm just review bombing and refunding.
I was REALLY looking for this game for more than a year but this is just unacceptable in 2018.

Or instead of review bombing and refunding something you REALLY were looking forward too, just have some patience.
It will be fixed soon enought, there can even be a problem with steam, that their not providing all the files for everyone, and that can't the devs help..

I forgot to add that I won't do it immediately, at least for the refund, I still have some hope. I may have been a little bit too annoyed by getting hoem after a long day hoping to unwind on this, my bad.
But if I paid and it isn't working what do you want me to do ?
Anyway best case scenario right now is that a significant group of people get this problem so that it gets noticed

Much more understandable, and ofcouse, i think everyone would refund the game if it didn't start up xP But it seems to be a "rather rare" problem overall.

At the moment, (Of the devs are reading this or yeah..) I tried to install the game on my GF's computer, whom have worse spec then i have, and there.. Lol, suprise suprise, it works, atm i have no idea why it's not working on my computer..


For others reading, I'm trying to reistall the game.. Once more due to that the DLC window just popped up from nowhere so, perhaps fixed? Will comeback with information for you all if reistalling it will work or not

I have a very slow internet and I'd rather install a future patch than completely reinstalling, if it ends up working I'll try of course.
