Easy way to get Cuman armor right at the start of the game!

Alright...firstly you must be at the point in the game where the town has been attacked and you're now running for your life...follow these steps to get some very good armour right away!

1. Make sure you run away from the first guard and that he's not following you. Don't bother trying to fight him either...won't end well for you.

2. Head to where Theresa is at...now go into stealth mode (pressing C to do that)

3. Now sneak over to the middle guard that is assaulting Theresa...if you do it right you should be able to knock him out...once he is knocked out make sure you loot everything off his body! You will most likely be over burdended...but worry not!

4. Run for the horse asap and get on it! Thankfully it seems if you're over your weight limit it does not seem to effect your horse. Avoid all guards and try to take as little dmg as possible

5. When you get to the horse archer part make sure you use double L-Shift to avoid the being killed by the horse archers (if you trying to just go at normal speed you'll be killed easily)

6. Ride to the Town as fast as you can...once you get there you're home free...enjoy your new sick armor!

If you're lucky enough you may be able to kill the Cuman you knocked out...but I would not stick around long to try that personally...I have also noticed that sometimes if you try to knock him out he may resist and push you off him...at this point you may as well die and try again. You'll also get an achievement for helping Theresa as well as a nice icing on the cake!

Anyways guys...hope you enjoy this minor advice...can't wait to kill some bandits wearing this fine armour and laugh as they try to hurt me hehe!

Just to add, it's not specially the one in the middle after my testing, but the one with the bow in the back. This one you can knock him out, the two others will resist.

i tried a few times now, everyone resist. i think you have to skill full strength at the beginning.

I didn't skill full strengh (talk and agility) and I could get ride of the one with the bow in the back.
For me he was on the left.

How do you get away from the first guy following you? He found me even though I was hidden in the damn house lol...

I finally did this and the horse control is really hard for me for some reason, they should update the horse movement to follow the mouse instead imo, really hard using the shift + arrow keys

I also managed to knock out the middle guy saving her and also looting everything he had also only choosing both speeche's in the beginning

I did forget to mention that I did choose the two STR options at the start of the game. But it seems like that does not matter as much according to a few posters up above! And yes, the horse riding certainly takes some getting use too!

Yeah someone mentioned just to center mouse first then only use movement keys and not the mouse while using a horse

How were you able to knock that guy out? Everytime I try no matter what angle I try they just become alerted almost right away. I'm to the point where I think I'll just skip this and just get on the horse. It can't be worth all this fustration lol

I just did the middle guy, seems easiest one have to sneak up on him from quite a bit away and do it within the time limit of those 4 others chasing you in back before they catch you

Aye middle guy is easiest. The armour is super nice, allows me to faceroll the game unless I take on real soldiers etc. xD

You need to sneak in (crouch with C). Then, don't go too close to them, and stay between them and the fence and move along on the left. then go on him when you're already on the left of the group.
You can try to go walk while crouch, you'll do less noise to approach.
It needs some tries and sometimes they'll see you anyway.
don't forget that you don't need to be too close to get the option to knock him down.
