Im running a GTX 960 on medium with floating 30-45 fps typical.
Devs really need to set up sub forums for bug reports, suggestions and tech support like this one.
Thing is, the game doesn't even care, it just stays at 30 fps no matter the graphics settings levels.
edit. i did not know about vsync, when i turned it off i was able to go from 30fps on lowest settings to 200 fps on medium. makes a big difference, same game but looks more realistic. i am just a noob in expertize of customizing graphics settings.
