Says I have no active profile when I just started the game!
This happens after I start the game with the intro and it plays the intial cutscene then it crashes...
Sad...
Yeah well instead of being a douche you could just tell me who already asked this question and if it's already answered so I don't have to read every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ comment. But thank you anyways for your "support"
the steam license can't verified. WTF?!
EDIT: Connecting a wired Xbox 360 controller temporarily seems to have fixed this. IDK why. Now I'm using the X1 (BT) controller and it's working fine, even though I disconnected the wired X360 controller.
PC version (Steam)
Problem is controller mapping is corrupted.. can't jump/climb. Controller button X (Xbox One) Instead of Jump/Climb, Unsheathes Sword. (D-Pad): D-pad Right opens Quest Log, D-Pad LEFT opens "Player" tab, D-Pad DOWN opens Inventory, D-Pad Up; opens Map.
I use the latest Xbox One controller (w/ bluetooth), and it works fine with any other game. I restarted My PC 3 times (the first after the controller didn't work at all). No luck.
Aside from that, it runs just fine. I'm worried that as soon as I get a bow, I won't be able to use D-pad left/right to select between sword and bow. I think that instead of wasting time trying to fix this, just let us map our own controller buttons, and test it before releasing it to make sure it actually saves the settings (and doesn't cause other problems).
No connection to the live server? Or what ever..
I mean, my CPU#2 is running 100%+, and I do suspect it is because of the constant connection thing. No other fps/3rd person singleplayer games of mine does this (while offline), usually cores are around 70%, and I only ever see this constant spike in multiplayer games.
Having to run simultaneous DRM checks, with other people playing, or just having to constanly running a DRM check in general, will make the game run poorer!
Edit: Plus it is just annoying buying a singleplayer game and being forced online.
Edit2: Okay maybe Total war also pushes my CPUs to 100%+, but that is a totally different kind of power hungry game.
I´m on the mission Guard Duty (Wachdienst) in Rattay.
After nightingale (Nachtigall) sit down at the tavern, he sit´s there for ever. He never stand up again and so I can´t go on with the mission.
Lol. I haven´t tried that though.. disconnecting while playing.
But I mainly play offline, I like turning off the net, and not having to be dependant on it.
Help me pleas!
