Also, could have googlebinged this forum threads. It was discussed like a 1000x in the last 2 hours.
I've seen this solution a few times before, but wasn't that about the circle in the middle of the screen? I don't want to get rid of the circle.
I just tested it, it only removes the circle cursor. But the mouse cursor still remains.
You're right. This console command does NOT address THAT.
1) Unplugging Mouse
2) Press ESC on Keyboard (Open ESC Menu basically)
3) Plug Mouse back in

When I open the map, sometimes it's a yellow pointer-style mouse cursor which the right stick cannot move, sometimes it's the wee white X cursor that the stick can move.
Basically, the game's a shambles.
