Why does the pre loading speed is loocked to 15 MB/s??
I normally download at 50-51 mb/s on steam but this game caped at 15

its either a problem with the steam server , your connection or you capped the download speed in the steam settings. Did you try changing servers or did you run a speedtest to confirm your connection speed.

My download from Steam is always capped at 5MB/s (by Steam not my ISP which allows 20MB down). I never get anything faster than that. I wish I got 15.

Yeah, it's your connection for sure. I preloaded the entire game in 6 minutes. Google Fiber 1,000 Mbit/s.

Lol I envy you at 15 MB/s . I had to download it with 4.5!

Honestly though if I could get anywhere near those speeds, I'd be pretty happy.

You could try changing your download Servers/Region. I've noticed that makes a huge difference.

i also have agreat conection not 1000 but 550 megabit

Should be working. Preload went up a few hours ago now. If you prepurchased you should be able to download it. And play it in 7 more hours

I'm in NZ downloaded it no problems here.
