Yes it did, the pc version is far the best version of the game if you have the hardware to run it.
A PS4 priced PC could run it better, sad how dated those consoles are
Yet costs have been incurred in porting it over.This is why companies are reluctant to port over to PC or design with PC first in mind.The payoffs are just not worth it.Even GTA's publisher complained about how the PC version isn't raking in enough money:(
In comparison the console market is starved for some good games to buy.
