If you can play video games while at work, I wouldnt worry about the content. but to answer your question, nudity will be in game.

Just look at the ESRB rating... Yes there will be naked girls and sex scenes.

Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, Nudity, Strong Language, Strong Sexual Content, Use of Alcohol
