Or maybe you're talking about the saving game system, which is done by sleeping or by drinking Saviour Schnapps

For some reason my saves are not on C:\Users but in D:\Users. Steam is installed on D

That means that you just follow the path on D: instead

Nah not on mine either. I have steam installed on an external hardrive, so there is no G:\Users.

Where would the save game be in this case? I haven't been able to find it myself hahah

The save game location can also change depending on whenever you use cloud or not. For those that don't use cloud the savegame files are in C:\Users\***\Saved Games\kingdomcome\saves\playline0 (even if their steam is on a different drive like mine is) but for cloud using for save files, the saves are located elsewhere.
