Henry seems like a Mundane Character

I know you choose your path on things but his appearance is pretty basic. His appearence does not fit the time period, he looks like a guy you would find working at Verizon....

It really suprises me that people can't understand that this game is about historic realism. Your not playing a fantasy hero Johnny Depp. Your a normal person in a historical accurate setting, the game is made for people who are tired of fantasy and easy hero games. Its not boring, Its realistisc and interesting, Its refreshing to be an average guy that you slowly build into your own character. If that doesn't appeal to you then dont buy it. But dont assume your personal opinion is law.

this is the weirdest complaint ive seen so far about the game XD
it's a realistic game, you're not supposed to look like a typical fantasy warrior with long hair and overly broad shoulders, no.
if it's an issue for you, cover yourself with full plate armor.
it's first person anyway, you wont spend too much time staring at him...

I like this concept of playing as no-one special, that way it would make sense if you could be easily beaten up by everything at the beginning of the game so it would be very fitting character to play as in a difficult game, unlike every other game where you play as a "hero" who seems weaker than a peasant on the highest difficulty.

Hopefully you will be able to build up a reputation and become someone a bit more important than the average bloke if you want though.

It suprises me that people have issue with RPG having character creation. You are presenting it as if EVERYONE looked like main character back then and just by giving him a beard or pimples breaks historical accuracy.

You guys are insane. It's ok to say "I don't mind that there is no customization." but to straight up argue that it's actually better like that? Why you feel urge to defend it so much? There really is no reason why it's not part of the game.

You know why there is no character customization? Cause Gothic. Everyone here love Gothic series. Which is infamous for having character with no name or backstory yet having no character customization. Hell Henry straight up looks like The Nameless Hero as well...

Thou in the end they are just lazy. Same as with czech dub. THERE IS NON! First Czech game without czech dubbing. Why? Cause ♥♥♥♥ it. English is fine.

There is customization, just not the kind you are thinking of. The form of customizing Henry is from the different types of armor you can wear and the condition it is in. This affects how people react/look at you. Also how you go through your "life" in the game. If you are good and helpfull, people will react as they should. Resentfull if they're bad people and kind if they're good. If you are doign bad things, then the reverse, obviously. And the way Warhorse does it is the best I've seen.

Dont get my intentions wrong, I am all for realism and building your character up, but I am just saying his "Appearence" is very mundane, he looks like a guy you will find at a cubicle working for Verison.
