Depends on who actually sits down at the table that night, it's the same amount of money you could have pickpocketted from them. Most everyone carries a little money on them which resets every so often.
There's a guy at the glade that has 66.6. Another guy in Ushitz always has 14-30.
I started betting 2-3coins less than what the npc has, so they aren't left broke, an it seemed like I am able to play dice more often. Coulda just been update changes though.
