Gallows Brothers quest bugged?

I decided to inform Ser Robard of the heist and he said he will send more troops. Then I get option A - go there and observe the heist or option B (optional) go to matthews and tell him all.
I picked A but once I arrived there I waited 48 hours and nothing happened, no heist, no fritz&matthews on sight
is it bug or am I missing something ?

It takes about 4 or 5 days until the raid begins.

is it worth waiting 5 days? What happens if I go to Matt and tell him all ?

You can get some money and make fritz & matthew really happy if you either wait 5 days and do the raid -or- just go to talmberg guardhouse and steal the loot before they move it, which requires no wait. I'd reccomend stealing the loot, and you can also get an achievement if you snitch on all three if you are into that sort of thing.

Edit: before snitching, be aware that you will lose access to Andrew as an NPC, and any other quests he may have been a part of (if any). Also you will no longer be able to rent the room at the inn at the glade (but if you bought it for the 250g I think you still get to keep it).

wait, sorry but what's 'snitching' ? Why will I lose access to Andrew?
I started the quest talking to Matt; then talked to Andrew who told me that matt's idea was crazy and when asked what would he do in my place he said go to Talmberg and inform them of the heist so they'll send more troops and make matt&fritz give up the heist; went to Talmberg and informed Robard.
Now I would lose Andrews both if I wait for the heist and if I go to Matt and tell him all ?

i had andrew respawn on my game as soon as you start the siege quest..because he's the guy giving the camp beer. also while he's dead, the alehouse maid gives the activities. to unlock the achievement you have to steal the money, speak with mattew about andrew willing to reveal the plan, then speak to sir robard, with the option to snitch andrew alone or everyone.
