Peychar from "Rocketeer" SPOILERS

I'm just curious if anyone else has encountered this.

I had just finished the objectives for the Rocketeer quest, getting Kyeser to the siege camp to help with the Trebuchet. Waiting for it to be built, I roam around doing some side quests and activites. I do one of the bandit camp removal quests of the custodian of Sasau, go to sell my loot to the merchants and smiths of the town, and make use of the Bath house services ( ;) )

After, I head north, over the bridge, and the moment I pass the inn where the bed is, I notice several villagers running in panic shouting about a bandit.
First I thought it was me and that it was all bugged, so I reload because hell na ♥♥♥♥♥. I go past the inn again after reloading, and it happens once more. As I investigate further, it appears its actually Peychar from the Rocketeer quest who has gone aggro on something. I do not know why he does this, but left with no choice I kill him. As I do, the quest objective "Kill Peychar" pops up.

I do not care if there are spoilers in the answer, if you can tell me why this happens and why the "Kill Peychar" shows up, please do it :)

In one game at the camp, out of the blue, Konrad Kyeser told me an assasin tried to killed him ... got mad and stopped talking to me. I guess the assasin was Peychar? I let him lived after catching him trying to break-in earlier in the quest.

The second game same thing ... but this time Peychar showed up at the camp and started killing. I killed him to stop the rampage.

I guess you are suppose to kill him earlier when you caught him breaking into Konrad Kyeser building?

For your encounter ... that was weird. I think it was a trigger that fire late? He was suppose to appear at the camp to kill Konrad.

Huh, that's interesting.. I think its weird how we can't actually find out this during the quest, when we question Peychar. Oh well, I guess I'll have to find out what happens now.

Wild Peychar appears and kills Kyeser... :(.

Except that you can find that out. When you first question him at the inn, he states he is a cloth merchant. However, when you catch with him at the door in the night, he says he has a quarrel with the other guy from the house, whom he allegedly supplies with salt and spices (! - not cloth). He is lying, and moreover, would an honest merchant break armed into other man's house in the middle of the night?

You guys don't pay attention.

Wow the same thing with late appereance of peychar running around the sasau inn happend to me too. i heared theres a bandit somewhere and 3 peoples (1 even used a freaking weapon on the bandit) were chasing after him. so i decided to help them and noticed its peychar and wasnt sure if he were seriously the bandit now or if someone far away of those group of peoples run away lol... i mean peychar says the custodian didnt pay him hes money and lets be all honest... the custodian is an arrogant brick so i wouldnt even been suprised if it were true lol. glad to know that killing peychar was meant to be done.

I went to speak to Fayfar reporting that Konrad was at the camp. The instant the screen turned to face Fayfar, Peychar came running out of nowhere and stabbed Konrad who ragdolled a good 50 meters backwards off screen. Actually almost pissed myself.
