well... thank you, but it's almost as if you answered "shops around the game"
(+it isnt true... general store in ratay is the one buying at best price so far...)

The problem is their available money... richest store I found are blacksmiths... but they dont buy meat...

So What I'm asking is a specific place...

Serll them more than the money they have and their availible money goes up the next day.
This pretty much. After a few days someone who started with 200 limit like an inn keeper will have 1k+ easily.

Nice trick is to give them just 1 or 2 groschen over their limit and haggle what they can pay you. You get relations and the next day they've got a ton more cash.

Taverns as they usually have the most gold.

When I did this I cooked Hunted Meat and took it to the Butcher in Rattay, when I took it to them uncooked they refused to buy it as it was classed as being stolen Goods.

I think when it's not classed as being stolen other Shops will buy it from you, not sure if they give you as much as the Butcher does.

There's also a Pub near where the quest 'Ginger in a pickle' takes place where the owner will buy 'Stolen' Meat from you (but only if you bring him exactly what he asks for).

By Uzitz..or whatever its called to the east there is a big forest with a deer hunting site also there is a camp just on the outskirts of the woods to the west where you can cook it

At the moment I can get 1.5k for 3 cooked deer

Rattay alchemist has lots of gold and buys just about everything. The only place I found for selling gold chalices, goblets and so on. If specifically poached meat, cook it to set its status to non-stolen and sell to the Rattay huntsman or alchemist.

Would suggest not to spend too much time hunting meat just for gold though. Killing bandits and various bad guys and selling their equipment gives much more gold than you could spend in the game.

Ultiz butcher shop buy stolen meat obtained from poaching. But she will buy it at a lower price.
This is usefull as you will not get super rich fast by cooking and then selling the meat.

What are you smoking? They got no money at all. Not even close to cover the expenses if you really go out for a big hunt.

Listen this is what you do. Since poaching is a crime you want to sell stolen goods. Who do you sell stolen goods to? The millers ofc since they "keep" goods for you until you forget to pick it up.
But since they do not have much money in the start you need to seed the money first. That means you poach as much as you can and sell it at a loss. Why? Because when the items reset themselves after a while you will find that any not normal items have been sold off to the game and money have been saved instead. That means the miller now have a lot of money. If you keep selling stuff to him he gets more and more money after every inventory reset. That is why you sell things to the millers since he will not lower the cost and you can sell it when it is more fresh.

It works the same for other merchants that buy everything as well as long, as you cook the meet first ofc. Just seed them some random loot while you are still running around learning how to do things. Like lockpicking, rob everything, wait a while and then sell it to the merchant you want to sell stuff to.

Almost everyone will buy cooked meat so the best person to sell it to is whoever you can find and has a lot of money. You can just travel around towns selling to general traders and innkeepers who will sometimes have lots of money and sometimes wont. For me the millers tend to have around 500 cash no matter how many times I sell to them so not sure if that's the best way but with each town having 3-5 people you can sell it to it's not usually an issue.
