I have a little problem with Ulrich, when I take him to the bandit mine he just ramboes straight into the enemy and dies.. What if i wont take him with me? Any consequences besides sieging the camp alone?
Any advice?

In my encounter we both survived the fight but he turned on me. I don't think I accidentally hit him during the fight either.

Dont think there is any big repercussion if you dont take him, you will just missout on his bit of story. And its still better to see him die like hero instead of him turning on your ass because you drew you sword while you were walking up the hill to feel more immersed

Hah! So that's what caused it! I did just that!

You miss one dialog with him. Three outcomes of this dialog:

1) he screws you over and kills your target you wanted alive
2) you convince him not to kill him, he leaves for good
3) you kill him

so it's good he's dead, enjoy his gear :)

Not that I know of (I'm almost at the end of main story and I don't expect to meet him anymore)
But the fact that you can kill him makes him disposable.

Didnt notice any. Maybe he will turn up in a sequel, he seemed like interesting guy

I just finished that quest yesterday and Ulrich still acted like this thread mentioned. The first time I tried to shoot the bandits but suddenly this Ulrich ♥♥♥♥♥♥ turn against me and horde on me with the bandits as I was attacking some innocent people. In the next run, I drew my melee weapons and run with him, and he just ignore all the enemies and ran to the deep of the mine, left me alone fighting with those bastards at the entrance of the mine. Can't believe this bug is still there after two years. If this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ can't help fighting, why the ♥♥♥♥ should I bring him?
