When you take Henry into water, he states that he doesn't know how to swim, but this could be a hint of what might be implemented within a future expansion.
Considering how Henry Is pretty much a Lord/next in line for the fiefdom of Skalitz,
there might be a useful need for nobles to have the knowledge of how to swim/avoid being thrown into a lake a drowned
I have my doubts as well, but I would still be useful, say a quest that requires infiltation into a keep which has a moat, with access to a tunnel which is where the well collects water.
The only other issue I can see with realism is could a "average" man carrying around an additional 200kg/lbs of weight in armour/weapons/savior snapps be able to swim? xD
hmmm with plate armor its rather unrealistic but if you need to infiltrate a camp it sounds more like a scout mission in which you should grab light armor (better stealth abilitys) so in this case i assume you could swim around. but the game is in a medieval setting in which most peoples couldnt read or swim, not even afford a horse which were rather a luxuary. henry can get a horse and learn to read so hes already above 99% of the population.
You can't swim with plate armor on or in your inventory
