Horses run away when I approach
Hi, I have this bug of the horses that run away when I approach, both mine when I call him, and the others who are in the stable, if it has not been reported, I would like to report it, and if there is a fix to solve it.
Thank you

That happens when you've hurt the horse somehow - he gets mad at you for some time.

OP doesn't realize we know why the horses are running away. Mean OP. Poor horses.

Or if they get frightened from nearby enemies as well

None of these 2 things, neither I hurt nor for the enemies, because even if I was close to the enemies I kept it away, or I did not wear it.
And then it happens to me with all the horses, even those in the city or in the stalls that are quiet.

I had the same problem. Figured out it was a mod that increases stat cap.
<row rpg_param_key="StatCap" rpg_param_value="43" />
anything higher than 43 made all horses run away

So its not a bug, its because of a mod. People who use mods should always look to your mods as the source of issues before assuming its the game. Whenever a game does an update it usually breaks all mods.

It can happen if you walk up to the horse whilst carrying a torch.

I found out that it was, with the latest update I saw that in some cities I was wanted and I had to pay, before there was not that warning, once I paid and returned everything normal.
