Talmberg horse race don't work

Can't speak with sir Divish, The opponents are in the start area but they ride away.
Then sir Divish starts the race, and it says automaticly that i won the race...
After that I can speak to sir Divish and he says im late and "lost..." Wth am I supposed to do?

Happens if you ride to the quest circle and just wait with T. What I did was wait shortly before the race started. Went out of the circle and went inside it again.

It's as said you were late lol. You're not geralt in witcher the world doesn t revolve around you. The race starts at noon means it starts at noon

It's as said you were late lol. You're not geralt in witcher the world doesn t revolve around you. The race starts at noon means it starts at noon

Well i was there at noon and what i wrote happend..

When does this quest happen. I finished the game and never got it.

It worked for me. Get to the start area on the correct horse just before noon. First post is at Ushitch, then Mill outside Merohejd and the last at Talmberg quarry. Then ride back to the start by going up the hillside road to the left by the quarry. Its faster than through Talmberg village itself :)

I've been waiting at the start point, with 4 other riders, since 1030am straight through noon it hits 2pm Divish never shows up and I fail the quest.

Went back to talk to Divish (who has been bugged out ever since I started the From the Ashes DLC just standing on the road leading South out of Talmberg without eating, sleeping or so much as moving for the past in-game month) and he says nobody else showed up for the race (even though there were 5 racers there ready to go) and that I win by default and he will buy Neuholf's horses, even got the achievement for winning the race, but the quest FAILED for me the first f********** quest that I have failed this entire playthrough, out of 63 quests over 4 full ingame months man am I ever

Divish never comes to race in my game. He's stuck in south-east of Talmberg for some unknown reason. One of the buggiest quest since every quest has some bugs in it.

Seriously, he said nobody else showed up for the race? That's weird, didn't know that could happen.

I did the race on my own horse, not on the Neuhof horse. Everything looked like it was working a I started and ran the race, and then I was the first to cross the finish line I saw the "You Won the Race" notification for the quest (even though I was on my own horse), but then when I talked to Divish he said I'd lost. It's like the game wasn't quite sure what to do.

Maybe you can try to teleport him. Idk, worth a shot. Altho I know what you mean, I've also experienced npcs stuck in places forever or etc. It's weird, I think it's the pathing script getting messed up, I also notice this happens more and more the more ingame days you have.

How many ingame days are you on, and do you use any mods?

The more ingame days you have the worse the ai gets, at least this is my experience.

Even thought the quest said failed you didn't technically fail, it's just that you got a different outcome. The game doesn't explain this well, but quests have several ways to do/solve. Also the fact that you say he said that to you shows that, he had a dialogue for it, which is bizzare that it got triggered like that considering they did actually show up, but that means that's an outcome.

Using no mods, but apperantly when you invite Divish to Pribyslavitz while he is praying it bugs him out and it teleports back him to talmberg but stucks him. That's why he's not showing up in race at all. Reverted to my old saves. This game made me paranoid afterwards i always carry schnapps and drink one before talking to npc.. Henry is always drunk now :)
