how do you break and ride roan to tanberg??

I cannot get horse to get within the walls of tanberg on the quest "at your service, my lady"... any tips or suggestions??

i had a horse already and I would call my existing horse and the roan would run towards talmberg

that said I think you need to have the jockey skill

Talk to the groom's apprentice, and he'll tell you how to calm the horse. From there you can just fast travel on it.

yeah i just looked at the jockey perk.. makes sense.. guess ill come back to this quest later.. sucks i literally have the roan 100yds from talmberg already..

Just do what I said, you don't need the perk then.

Exactly. Learn how to calm it, and then ride it the hell out of there. I don't see the problem.

I tried, he said that he doesn't belive that I will be nice to Roan and then ran away ASAP.

you gotta do the optional to talk to the groom and convince him to tell you what to do.

That's not an option. He won't tell and saving the game is a real pain, so I can't keep save jumping till he says yes. Why don't you just tell us what he said
