Probably via a mod eventually. Keep on eye on Nexus Mods. Not sure if you can put a request in there or not.

Henry is ~100 years late then and would be called a "reenactor"... :D

The game plays 1403, the Templer order was destroyed 1312. There are no templers anymore.

Oh shoot I got my history mixed up.

I’d still hope they’ll make armor that resembles it or a mod comes so I can scream DEUS VULT as I slay infidels.

No, since Templar era ended in 1314, 90 years prior to the events of the game, so their armor and arms would look out of place, and would be primitive compared to the gear in the game. Metallurgy has advanced during those years.

And What about the Teutonic Orden? they still alive in that time? Raiding the North of Russian?

A templar outfit would be an anachronism.
There is a mod to become a Holy Roman Empire Knight on nexus, with the waffenrock, the shield and the caparison.

That may not be entirely true. One of the branches of the Freemasons is Order of the Knights Templar, and they claim to have actual historic ties to the original Knights Templar. Whether they actually do or not is debatable, but they say they do, and they carry the templar name.

People "claim" ton of things, that they are ninja, Napoleon, that they can cast spells or see the future, etc. However, as far as knight Templars go, they were officially disbanded as a monastic order by Pope - they were subject to Pope, and he disbanded them, so that was the end of the order.

The Teuton Knights are still there, they reside north of Bohemia behind Hungary I think in a small country... But during the Hussite Wars they suffer a lot to firearms.

1409–1411 Polish-Lithuanian-Teutonic War, the Teutonic knights are defeated by Polish king Władysław II Jagiełło and Lithuanian Grand duke Vytautas the Great at the Battle of Grunwald (Tannenberg) (1410)
