Can't return the bowl from the cave after Saintly Remains
After showing Urban the bowl, I tried returning it but after pressing use, nothing happens. please fix!

I can confirm, that this bug is still there in 1.3.1 Also, you can go and crouch right next to the cross to drop off the bowl if you want, it still doesn't matter. The bowl stays in your inventory and the game thinks, that you never dropped it off. In the grand scheme of things it's a small bug, but still annoying, because the guard, that gave you the quest will attack, when you speak to him after a few days have passed. You can't even surrender to him.

i just loaded before the quest began. wasted about 1.5 hrs but its okay. ty!

At the point I am at, I would lose well over 10 hours if I reloaded an early enough save. Is tere no official solution to this?

I've found a sure way to make this work (GOG version). DO NOT CROUCH. Just stand up, walk up to the cross so you are leaning right against it. Keep it in front of you and look down on the top of the cross. Then press Use and you should see Henry's animation of pulling the bowl from his gut and then dropping it on the floor

i might found a solution,try walking close to the cross but leave some distance and point your yellow dot below the cross and press E

As the game does an autosave after the guard touches the bowl, I was able to quickly redo the move and succeed (it would seem: the bowl is now visible and named in front of the cross).

I was crouched the first time I placed the bown and that seems to be the bug.

TIP FOR THOSE WHO HAVE THE BUGGED MISSION!!!

If you arrived in the siege quest and you can't talk to Konrad in the Rocketeer quest because of the Urban guard of this quest (Saintly Remains) for having bugged the delivery of the bowl in the cave you can wait until about 06:30 to 08:00 am until someone from the house wakes up and opens the door to do an errand, follow this NPC and wait for him to open the door back, quickly you must enter together with the NPC and run to the inside door where Konrad is, go A cutscene will occur and you will gain the access key to the house.

Just lost 30 minutes of questing about the whole land during Siege to this bullcrap. Because of course after he catches me there's an infinite loading screen. Still not fixed in 2023...

Listen to the instructions given and try to gauge the sense of urgency. When Urban tells you to take the "holy relic" back after you're done with it, he does so with the utmost sense of urgency because you're committing a crime.... on his watch.... at his request..... which could get him in trouble if anything is discovered to be missing from the cave.

It could be argued that he's attacking you out of self-preservation because he thinks that you didn't take the bowl back to the cave because you're engaging in entrapment in order to blackmail him for some nefarious reason. Paranoid people tend to do crazy things when pushed.
