How to repair Riding Chair

Hi, i dont know if it matters, buy my horse's Riding Chair's condition is 0, and i dont find where or how to repair it. Any sugestion? Thanks

Saddles do seem to degrade relativly quickly. Id assume either the amorer, tailor or cobbler could fix it (given there is no repair option at horse dealers as far as ive seen)

btw it happened to me as well, the horse was fully bugged. had to reload a previous save

I have tried everywhere, I have not found a place to repair anything for the horse other than the Caparison, the cover on the horse, you can repair at the tailor, but other than I can not find a place. I have tried myself, blacksmith, swordsmith and stables with the gear in my inventory and on the horse.

Forget about repairing them, just buy a new one. Might as well spend some of that useless money.
