new graphics bug, vertical soft ghosting lines (soft god rays)?

anyone get this? I saw this immediatelly after starting the game post the newest patch...

I feel they lowered textures somehow too. Before I could see the veins in the leaves, now it's blurred veins.

Same here, water/streams also seems to be bugged.

for me it was actually problem of the monitor. I had the problem only at night time or in dark locations. So I found out it's the monitor's VA panel causing it. All VA panel monitors seems to have this problem (black smearing). I got a new IPS monitor and it doesn't have that problem, but instead, I'm facing "blacklight bleeding" which is something IPS monitors have :D what a life..but for me it's still much better then the black smearing caused by VA
