How to put hood on?

This is my dumbest question yet, but I seem to be lost. Can you put your hood on somehow?

Yes, just put a jacket with hood, extend both arms (not sure if with just one is possible) and grab the hood and put it gently on the head. Maybe theres others ways to put hood on, but i just know this one.

I don't think you can.

There's a mod that does this. But in the original you can't

One of the Monk habits have a hood on. That one are automaticly over your head when equiped. I dont think its possible to take it of or use other hoods though.

there is a mod for it on the Nexus, however you can't do it in the game, sadly
