Cutscene leads to black screen..

I just started a fresh new game with the latest patch.. 1.4.1 ?
I just took a stroll with Theresa and she said we have to go, I got back to the mill with her and we chatted again, after make my choice from the options for response the screen goes black and I have the castle with the spinning circle, you know the loading screen ?

Its been like this for nearly 10 mins, I heard her say goodbye and we should do it again soon, but there was no video and now the loading screen happened..

I closed the game from the taskbar....

I have done this twice now incase it was just a bug but its the exact same situation the second time..

I cant go on with the game now, is there anything to do other than starta previous save point or restart the game ?

I tied 2 more times but get the stuck loading screen after my encounter with Theresa.
I have loaded a previous save that wasnt long before I walked with her, the save was after I have a bath and my gear laundered at the baths..

I walked back to the mill and met her again and the same outcome as before..

Looks like the Theresa side quest is bugged for me.
I'll just load the previous save and bypass her I guess.

I had this bug as well.

I have the same kinda thing going now with the first sword tutorial guy.

Did you restart the mission ? if so how was the outcome ?

Im going to concentrate on FC5 in the meantime, I dont want to restart missions or the game..
I verified files to see if the made a difference.
Im a good bit into the main story and decided to do a lot of side missions but Ive have a few bugs with them..

The mission where nightingale takes you around rattay and you play dice with him, we completed the game and he sat there doing nothing, it should have lead to a cutscene and the game to progress,
I reloaded the previous save and that scene worked the second try..

This bug with Theresa makes me want to put the game on hold for a bit..

Try to deinstall the HD Soundpack it helps me with Theresa Questline i had the same Problem.

After the completion of the river scene, when it loads back the mill, run left, away from her asap.
