Hi there is a poison potion in the same area you found the cuman gear. There are 2 barrels containing arrows in each camp.

Should i do this at night? because in the morning, they always attack me even if i have the cuman disguise

Be careful if you run. I was running and they attacked me, when I walked they just said - Stupid Cumans! / What are you staring at etcetc. Also you can easily take out some guards, but be careful so their bodies wont be found.

To poison their food you can use even Bane potion. (I think it was called Bane). There are 2 pots in bandit camp and 2 in cuman camp also in each camp is 2 barrels of arrows which u can burn down. Problem is as soon as you poison something they will most probably notice and you need to be quick. How I did it - I just poisoned one, quickly the other in bandit camp / burned arrows while running and then while being hit did same to Cuman camp. I guess it is important that u start with bandit camp and because there is so many of them they cant react fast enough so u got enough time to poison everything and burn those arrows.

Before doing it though make sure to leave your horse somewhere so you can escape very fast, they will kill you otherwise. (Dont use Pebbles, he drops u off to often, buy some other really loyal horse - with high Courage stat.)

P.S. Yes at night is best idea.

Aaa yea, cumans will talk to you 3 times (that is if you succeed the previous two), be careful cuz they will unmask you quick enough, so dont stay in their camp long.

They don't immediately attack me, but will walk towards me even when dressed in all Cuman attire.
(Note that you should also remove any non-Cuman armor or clothes as well for a better disguise.
Don't know if weapons count in a successful getup.)

I think my save might be bugged, though because ALL of the Cumans walk towards me as soon as I enter the perimeter of the camp. They're like a zombie horde, but I'm not up on my sword skills yet...and as soon as they're within striking range, I'm doomed.

I'll try the running like hell method mentioned above to get through, though.

Weird I just sneaked around got cuman setup from crate, changed all clothes and that's it. I once even tried with clothes which I got from other missions where I killed cuman captains, also worked. Just avoid cumans. They immediately want to talk.

Run through the camp while setting the arrows on fire/poison the food

Some potions may help you, like Buck's Blood for more stamina (good for both running and fighting), maybe Vitality for taking less damage etc. If you have decent armor, bow and good arrows (optimally better piercing or piercing, the huntsman in Rattay sells the better ones), it's the easiest way to kill enemies. Archery is very powerful in this game. You also might want to try Bowman's Brew if your bow skill is low. With good armor you can shoot them on melee while they are slashing you (if there's not too many of them at once). Or you can just shoot one, run away, return and repeat. Just don't be disappointed, even if you clear both camps, there will be new enemies in the next quest. But you can at least get lots of loot.

my archery is really bad, i miss 4-5 arrows before getting someone hit , anyhow i will try to sleep for a day and come back to the camp, maybe i will be a little bit more free to walk inside.

To be honest, I started killing enemies with bow after I had been doing a lot of hunting, which was fun for me and also cooking and selling the meat was very profitable, while leveling up my bow skill (first shooting hares only, later boars and deers as well).

Guys i think it's bugged for me, i've tried sleep and coming back even for days, but the cumans still attack me on sight, at this point i think i can only poison :/

Even if they attack you, it still should be possible to run in, set the arrows on fire and run out. Maybe using the northern entrance could give you a bit more time before too many of them start attacking you. Also, the quest can be done even without sabotage. The sabotage just should make the next quest a bit easier, I think, but it's not mandatory.

I ran through thei camp with no weapons drawn. They let me come to the arrow stands/campfires without being aggressive. Sprint in,, burn arrows/poison food, run fast out again, call horse and ride away. When clear, fast travel to bed to save progress.

Edit: Although, even if I did both poison the food and burned the arrows, reported it in, the quest failed for me. So keep an eye if there is further things you need to do before reporting it in (could also be it is timed, and that is why the things failed, which is my guess now that I reflect on it).
