train hard fight easy stuck

after the sword traning he won't move to the archer range any suggestion I been suck on this quest for some time now need help :/

Mine did move on from this but when we got to the Archery Range, this new playthrough, he gives my the bow and some tournament arrows, explains how to shot, screen fades out/in and he's telling me how awful I am with the bow. lol

It completely skipped the part where I shoot my three arrows then he tells me how much I suck at it. =)

In additon to this I would like to note I skipped dialog as fast as it appeared. Try that. It may skip you practing but may move ya forward.

I get into the contest with Capon and he just wouldn't shoot. I restarted and it was fine.

I'm still having this issue even with 1.4.1. Can't seem to find a workaround.

I'm stuck on this as well, I get to the objective marker and there's no one here and also the nearest door is locked. I got into the shop once but got told off for tresspassing, the dialog options were that of standard citizens. I love adventure games but there's not a clue here on what to do I'm totally stuck. I've scoured the entire area and pixel hunted every square centimeter. I don't think you're meant to progress it seems like it's just an open world sandbox with no storyline now.

No, I have played the whole game and there's a story. In this quest, you train with Bernard in the daytime. Then Hans Capon comes and you train with him and then go to the archery range for a little contest. If you beat him at both, you'll get his bow. After that, you return and finish your training session. At the end of training, you get the next quest and the story unfolds from there. You're just in the first stages where you learn the mechanics and meet some key characters.
