Where can I find Dark padded Coif and Long Hauberk?

Try the tailors in Rattay or Sasau if you can't loot a dark coif from a bandit. If you're going for stealth, the dark hoods (also often found on bandits) work quite well. I'm sorry that I can't help you with the hauberk.

The dark padded coif can be bought at the tailor in Rattay but is fairly common drop from bandits as well.

Not sure if Long Hauberk can be bought some where but it's a common drop from marauders around Skalitz. However the noble chainmail is better.

Long Noble Hauberk you mean? It drops off bandits and sometimes you can get it by choking out guards too. If you want stealth though I would recommend the Short Noble Hauberk instead, it's much less visible.

Also, I mean the Dark padded Coif. The Dark padded Coif has 11 blunt defense. I just went to Rattay, Sasau and Ledetchko and neither has it. I haven't had any luck finding it on bandits so far, though. =/

Might be that the vendors items is some what random. I'm sure I bought it in Rattay from the tailor. But vendors restock every 7 days (in game days)... Or that that changed in a recent patch.
