Stealth perks
Stealth Kill - This one is obvious.
Speech perks
Final Offer - It's like printing money.
Alchemy perks
Routine I+II - For mass producing potions.
Lockpicking perks
Lasting Lockpicks - With this perk you really have to try to break them as long as you don't pick locks above your skill level.
For final offer, just get the max amount of money then shop owner will go meet me in middle then accept that offer?
'Bundle Alchemist' is a much better choice than 'Routine I' because it gives you more experience and offers a better herb to potion ratio while 'Routine II' is great for making money but needs 'Routine I' first. I don't know if it was changed or I simply missed it the first time but if you only want to level alchemy and don't need the money get 'Bundle Alchemist' at level 10.
how is the skill Contemplative useful? arent you always going to be moving?
when waiting (T) or reading while sitting at a bench you're not moving and time passes by making you hungry. Contemplative removes this issue. You can wait for quests, questgivers etc without wasting food.
Anything that spends the player's stamina in this game mode only harms.
Revenant gives a +0.01 bonus per unit of time.
The rest can be agreed with for a vanilla playthrough... But again - what is the game style? There are enough dialogues in the cities (quest ones)...
