also you don't have to kidnap the wife by force, you can talk to her.
I find it a very difficult choice to make between the huntsman (who has hired us) and Hannekin (whose story makes sense).
In the middle Margarets seems strange. She says early that the Huntsman was her choice from the begining. But then she has a dialogue when she seems concerned of what Henry could do to Hanekin... And then the rest mentioned here above.
My only regret is to not be able to get insights from Sir Divish on the matter to eventually confirm Hannekin escape scenario.
i mean it is a very difficult choice to make in that case and I dont think there is a good/bad end both have their pros and cons.
For sure he was not the murderer but...
