Rocketeer quest bug. [SPOILERS]

I'm trying to do Rocketeer and I think I've reached a point where I pretty much have to say "♥♥♥♥ it" and drop the game. Long story short is that I can't enter the house which Konrad Keysen seems to never leave. Urban is outside guarding it and I didn't return the bowl to the cave from the earlier quest. If I try returning the bowl, it won't work. I press E, the bowl is still in my inventory and cannot be dropped.

This leads to Urban automatically attacking me. The first time around I killed him, thinking I could lockpick the door. Despite being a master lockpick, Henry would rather walk into the wall than open the damn thing. I tried approaching it from different angles, or crouched, only to get nowhere with it.

I tried reloading the save twice and even going before Night Raid. The first time, I ran into the same issue. Afterwards, I keep getting endless loading screens (or, loading screens that take more than 5 minutes to actually end). I even lost progress on all the optional objectives in Siege.

At this point, at least 30 of my 90 hours were spent replaying content because the game's an absolute mess. Whenever things fall nicely into place and the dev's work starts to shine, there's a reminder that an open world requires way more work to hold together than they could put into it. I can't help but feel bitter about the purchase >.>

Can anyone suggest a workaround? I tried looking for a noclip command, but was out of luck. I'm aware that I'm near the end, but I'd rather see the story through without having to resort to Youtube, if only to be able to tell myself that at least I got to the end, with all the time wasted on replaying stuff.

Wait for the villager to come in/out the house and try to go in.
And yes, if Urban attacks you, you can kill him - just do it quickly, and take his body into the shed, otherwise villager find him and starts screaming.
