wayfarer trader location?

Has anyone seen this guy? He sells dice, and sometimes other fishy stuff. I have not encounter him since my last playthrough. Same with (wayfarer knights btw.) But i'm looking for this trader becuase i belive he has a book i want to buy.

Since all the wayfarers and beggars seem random, the best course of action would be to visit as many of these points as possible in as short a time as possible. I know that random encounters work again, but they are much rarer, and they nearly never happen on fast travel for me. One of the reasons, is that fast travel often bypass points where you would get a random encounter, like by the tree south of the Military Camp by Merhojed, or the crossroad just South of Rovna, where you can go up the hill to Merhojed or take the small hillock and get back on the road to Talmberg. Some points seem to be too far off-road to trigger during fast travel, like near the big tree West of Samopesh, on the road to Sasau. I haven't gotten around to it yet, but it should be possible to use this to mark all the Random Encounters points to effectivise them: https://kingdomcomemap.github.io/#2/2932.0/2932.0

What is the book you want called? Silence is golden and other myths? I found the III of that book in a chest near scribe in Rattay.

Woah, yes thats it! Was it in a chest in the Ratthouse? Been looking so long for this book now :p
Is it easy/hard/vhard chest?

*Edit have been thru every chest and shelf you can lockpick now in Ratthouse, can't find the book there :(

Try the bookcases as well, sorry don't really remember exactly where :l

I have seen him between Rattay and Ledetchco...on the left hand side as you go north. Maybe 1/30 chance for me lately (non-fast travel).

Whenever I ride past a wanderer, I often look back to see if they are taking a seat.

!!Found it now!!
Fast travel between Inn in the glade and Merhojed. In the middle outside a house,
(before the mill.) Was a beggar who sold the book "Silence is golden and other myths 3"

I was sure it was a Trader but he is listed as a beggar.
