No stealing run

Just wondering about it.

Did anybody actually do a run without stealing what so ever? Seems to me the game is very much encourging you in doing so :)

For example in main quest line. One of the first quests regarding sneaking away from Talmberg, prompt you to steal a gaurd uniform. Can't remember any alternative suggested.

When going hunting with that noble (forgat his name) - again main quest line - he's prompting you to do a hunting contest with him while hunting on noble land is a crime, and taking meat from a game considered stolen goods.

Did anyone completly ignored all of those "stealing" quests and actually got zero stolen items in his statistics??

i think its possible, you dont need to steal to get out of talmberg and the hunting quest you just agree to accompany hans, no need to hunt hares, just go back to camp and sit there until he comes back

next playthrough i will go no sex, no alcohol and full christian fanatic

I stole very little, because the NPC's know somehow. I leveled up lockpicking without ever stealing anything. I just strip bandits and Cumans bare, and sell everything.

I was on the straight and narrow until the monastery, the monks were a bad influence.

Did it nearly twice now.. But restarting my progress after 1.4.1. so haven't done all the story.

There is no real encourage to steal either? I mean, it's stupidly easy to abuse. but there isn't much direction to go in with it.

I was doing a holy playthrough but I had a sheep run into me and it died. it wasnt my fault but of course I got marked for it...

Don't even have to sneak, just jump off the bridge and take off running. If a guard catches you just say you are going to bury your parents and he will let you go.
