Yes I am curious to know if anyone has tried taking this potion. I have the recipe but was rather put off mixing it up when I realised it was made up of the same components as the dreaded Bane Poison! (Belladonna, Wormwood and Fly Agaric) but in spirits instead of wine. Also I don't think I want to change any of my perks atm. The description suggests it might not be entirely wholesome. Perhaps it kills you so you have to start a new game, so you can choose new perks next time (and maybe choose not to drink this witches brew!)

I wish I could test it, but at the moment it cost 980 groshen, something I cannot afford at the moment. I'm in-game now so it might be a moment before I can get it and provide some more info on it. In the meantime, if anyone else has more info, please chime in ........

It's the Respec Potion which was added some patches ago.
It resets your skills, and you obtain your skillpoints back.

I tried it ... It does exactly what it says in the description ... almost. I gained a level in vitality and drinking - great! Then I had to go through all my Stats, Combat and Skills menus to rechoose every single perk from scratch - deadly boring. It might be worth doing if you have missed an essential perk and cannot level up any more in the required skill. However, although it keeps most of your perks that you gained automatically through quest stages and combat training rather than chose yourself - they missed one - Takedown in Stealth was not kept or refunded after taking the Lethean Water, leaving you a perk short in stealth. Therefore it is overall not worth drinking the stuff. I think this is a bug as it obviously should keep takedown which you get at the start of the game in Skalitz.

Thank you for taking a moment to test it, hopefully you saved the game beforehand. ;)

With regards to Takedown ... ashame that one broke, the most important one! TBH, I can't remember when we acquired that, I know it wasn't at the very beginning (before the attack), makes me wonder where/how it auto-assigned it to us.

I suppose the only good news is that it didn't kill the character, well, in health that is, only killing the character with immersion (broken auto-respec) ... :(

I'm like 90% sure the perk to perform stealth kills is one you pick yourself from the perk pool, if you respec you can just pick it again.

The takedown perk I lost was the one to knock out someone from behind by hands over the mouth, rather than kill them with a dagger which you do have to pick yourself. Takedown has been famously used by players to obtain weapons in Skalitz at the start of the game and gain full combat stats by hitting poor Kunesh over and over again. He is damn rude though.
