Final Offer not triggering from time to time?
Hi

I've been enjoying the new perk, Final Offer. However, I find that sometimes it does not seem to activate.

For instance, it works fine when I trade with Peshek, but when I trade with the armorship it doesn't seem to trigger.

Has anyone else experienced the same?

I'm pretty sure final offer will not trigger, if you're already deep in the red. (higher than 75% circle/bar thing)

50 hours of gameplay? Makes sense logically. And other perks do have unwritten exceptions.
