Question about the sidequest "Emergency supplies" (small spoiler)

Did the sidequest Emergency supplies which you get from black Lukesh north of Talmberg.

Didn't think that much about it, basicly "go there, get this, deliver, and done", after I read the notes for the mission and it stated that the Lukesh home was under guard by Talmberg soldiers.

When I did the mission there wasn't a soul in sight, so I'm just curious if someone else did this mission and if the house was under guard then ?
