Reputation Rattay

Hello,

I've stolen something before people's eyes, when i arrived in Rattay, not knowing all the mechanics of KCD. My reputation with the soldiers went very low (30) and i don't know how to regain it.
I've done 3 or 4 bandit camps and gathered their ears. But nothing happens, the guy take the ears and give me an other bandit camp to attack but otherwise tell me to f*ck off and i need to pay him about 400 to get to train sparing. It has been like that for more than two weeks (in game), maybe more ! What should i do ?
Theresa doesn't want to talk to me too by the way.

Pick plants or something, go to every single trader and barter in their favor one increment (10-20 times or more), it should raise average reputation for Rattay. Doing the beggar quest line helps raise rep too.

I had the same issue. Then I got caught while stealing and my rep (Rattay warriors) dropped to 0!
But then... I just went for the main questline further and lo and behold! I have 100/100/100 across all groups of people in Rattay!
But for some reason, most traders stuck at 72 rep. And this is the most important stat. It affects prices! So I suggest you not to care that much. Better go and sell cheap items to traders making them offers in their favor. So that your rep with them would rise to 1-3 points each time you do this. Best trader in Rattay is the hunter-dude do rep with him and then you can sell a lot of stuff at once for a good price.

My rep with the traders and everybody else is fine. Just soldiers don't like me. But yes i guess i'll just have to go on with the main quest then. I tried to punch a guard and go to prison but my rep went down to 13!

To be fair, you punched a guard.

Maybe try getting caught pickpocketing or something.

How far are you? Do the main quest at least until after you have been made one of the town guards. There might be some weird Rep lock prior to doing this.

i had -100 with the guards at Rattay due to a minor misunderstanding that may have led to the deaths of a few dozen soldiers. ..... after killing Runt went back to +100
