Vengeance! (won't be mine)

END GAME SPOILERS, stop reading now if you don't want to know.



Alright. Kind of just blew my way through this mess of tedious bugs and glitches, but more or less "enjoyed" myself and have "finished" the game. The quest Vengeance, which you have from the quest Awakening just deads ends you. Just like that. The end. Okay, I understand it can be difficult at times to come up with a good ending to a game and I feel some things were wrapped up, but the way I'm looking at it now is Warhorse Studios may as well have trotted across the screen with a big sign waving in my face saying "expansion content" or "to be continued in... another game!"

Ugh. I'm just left feeling kind of disgusted right now after all I've been through in this, sadly now, very disappointing and highly annoying game that has so much potential buzzing about inside of a cold hard shell laced with bugs that give me a headache. But honestly, I can't think of very many games that leave a quest with you all the way to the end, acting as one of the main quests in this series of sequential quests only for it to go totally unresolved other than some conversation which basically hinted at a f**king sequel. A F**KING SEQUEL?

So is there something I don't know about here? Is there some secret I've been left out of the loop on? Or was the ending to this propelling itself into the "Weak Game Endings Hall of Fame"!?

Did you know that: Story of Kingdom Come was suposed to be told in 3 seperate acts? Later on Act 1 & 2 were compiled into KC:D and Act 3 will be a sequel

I didn't know that. Now that I know it has my thumbs twiddling while my headache is slowly subsiding. I didn't even know a sequel was already planned for the game.

Yeah. Literally announced in Feb 2014... as the third 'Act' of three (later re-designated as a sequel to the current game which was the amalgation of Act 1 (Prologue to Pribyslavitz) and Act 2 (Questions and Answers to 'End') - with Act3 being expanded somewhat as well - no further details about when it is planned so far, but after the current release has been patched, dlc produced and modding support implemented formally then we may hear more.

Well according to their pre-release FAQ it was suposed to be a separate game but I guess we will see, 20$ DLC seems way more resonable tbh tho

selling us the true ending to henrys story in a seperate game/dlc is a fail for me. what a cool idea that failed do to bugs and story conclusion,that left me angry
