repair ring?
Where/how can you repair rings?

Any ideas? And why the hell do some things lose condition anyway, I even have BANDAGES in my inventory that have low health and I don't think anyone was using them as a weapon...

Is it called Signet ring? I found two of them separately, both the same - damaged at 59% od health. I dont think they get damaged in combat though. I think they simply spawn damaged as a loot. Bug probably. But they can be repaired at clothier or armorer methinks.
As for bandages, you can meet beggars as a random encounter asking for bandages to wrap their feet. It makes sense somehow.
But again, torches are infinite, same as showels... I wouldn't look for deep sense :)

The ring in question is Bianca's, I suppose it is possible it was already damaged when I got it. It does get dirty all the time, though. And I just got a silver ring from a bandit that was at 100%.
Funny you'd mention torches, I got one that is at 32%...
