Anyone knows how to obtain a black hood?

Can't find it anywhere, is this a totally random object or it can be found in somewhere?

its a random drop and a lot of bandits wear it...get the clear bandit camp tasks to find them

No worries, it's not a rare item at all. You'll find one without trying if you play a little, either on a bandit, or in a chest.

I cleared all the camps already lol but sadly I havent find it. Thx for your comments though

thats tough luck...i think its quite common...i have seen quite a few of them...its good for stealthy play early on...with leather glives, dark saxon gambeson...dark silent shoes...yoy have 0 noise and under 20 visibility...

Keep in mind, there are like 3 versions of the Black Hood. You want the one with 0 noise.

One of the monk habits has a hood.

There are 3 tiers of Black Hoods, an easy way to get a t3 is from looting the corpse of Black Peter. He also wears Dark Gambeson and a few other goodies.
But you need the Rattay tournay DLC and to fallow the specific quest of that DLC.

Ok there is another way to easily get the black hood (without DLC), simply get the King's Silver quest from Rattay (where you have to scout the mines in Skalitz),
One of your ambusher has a t3 black hood
