"Questions and Answers" and Pestilence Bugs - Objective Completion Order

In order to complete both quests without bugs, follow the steps below.
1. After creating the cure, talk to Nicodemus in Merhojed.
2. Once "Pestilence" objective "(Optional) Give the cure to the sick" appears, give the cure to Straw (only).
3. Tell Melichar that you found a cure and brought Nicodemus.
4. Interrogate the bandit.
5. Immediately report to Sir Radzig to complete "Questions and Answers."
6. Give the cure to the three remaining sick NPCs.
7. Wait for a few hours/days for "Pestilence" to complete.
