Draw sword

HOW ON EARTH DO I DRAW MY SWORD!!!!!!! I tried equipping it, pressed 1 or 2 but to no avail. Now i have to start all over 1 hour of playing because i got killed by some bandits in a forest. Please fix this.

Its 1. 2 is the bow.

Now this might sound silly, but it might of just been drawn and you didn't see it. Its held lower than your FoV so you might of missed that its out. If you pressed 2, it would attempted to draw your bow.

Which, if you're doing while uncertain and in a hurry, might cause an issue.

This should be remarkably easy to test. When you have a sword, press 1, and then attack with LMB, you should observe a swing.

What sword is this in particular? (making sure you're not trying to equip a dagger)

Tried it. Holding 1 is drawing the torch, tabbing it shortly draws the sword. Never got it but know i now. Thanks again!

You can’t draw your sword while crouched. Just something to remember if you are sneaking up on bandits.

The weapons get stuck from time to time. Character wont' draw any of the weapons sometimes. Usually have to re-equip it. Happnens a lot on the horse too.
