What happens if you kill everyone?

I have a bad habit of killing every single person in games. I used to just go around and stealth kill everyone in Skyrim.

Now, this game is even easier to do that...every little camp, house, and what not, i kill every man, woman, child, dog, chicken, pig, etc. Literally I just run around murdering the entire map and i can't stop myself on every new playthrough from doing so.

Will this completely destroy the story/gameplay if I keep murdering everyone? I even killed traders and i can't even go in some towns because of the -100 rep.

You don't have to be genius to know that if you kill NPC ,you won't trigger quests.

For some reason it wont let me lock on to women to kill them.

I also killed an NPC but he respawned for a quest.... but.... he died in the quest before I even talked to him or saw him... so... ya...

Alot of quests are glitched just by progressing the story and NPCs are not even dying and you are asking if killing everyone will ♥♥♥♥ things up?

The vast majority of quests requiring an NPC will respawn that NPC (if you murder them) within a few days. The NPC not required for quests (usually unnamed) will remain dead. The towns will, however, respawn a certain number of their NPC's to add life to the world, no matter how many you kill. I have, for instance, murdered the entire town of Ledetchko several times over, only to find their people cheerily shouting "HELLO HENRY" within a few days.

It's both exhilirating and frightening to find my victims walking the streets again within the rising and falling of a few suns.

I had to kill 3 people to get wine for Capon but god it was delicious and not that donkey piss that is normally served at the bath
