Any Hungarians that can translate what the Cumans usually say? Or is it just random gibberish?

I don't know what they are saying, but they actually speak Hungarian. Has been confirmed by the devs and Hungarians.

They actually should be speeking their own language but since it is extinct the devs probably chose hungarian instead of gibberish which would have also suited well.

Except nobody knows how to properly speak Latin anymore. Some base, common-tongue(low-class) Latin speak did roughly survive but truly we are all speaking it incorrectly.
