Theresa courtship quest can not be interrupted ?!

When Theresa told me I needed to wait three days to ask her out again, I decided to do some other quests to kill the time. I did the hunting with Hans and the Neuhoff quests including Ginger in a pickle. When I came back to the mill, the courtship quest seemded to be reset as all I could do is aks her to take walk near the river and I had to start the whole coutship quest with her from the beginning again.

So does one have to complete the courtship quest with Theresa completely first before doing any other quests ? Hope not as I do not fancy wasting three days in Rattay doing nothing !

Basically... If people give you a time limit, they mean it. Many quests do not wait for you.

I really thought I was back within three days, guess I was not. Theresa playing hard to get and wanting me to wait three days for asking her out again is fine, but I should be able to do other quests without braking the quest I started. These silly quest time constraints really break this game for me, seriously !
