Console Commands to skip quests

What are the console commands that allow to skip to the next stage of a quest?
My Questions and Answers quest is bugged with infinite loading screen and I'm looking if there is a way to skip the quest or something.

Noone knows that. Reload the interrogation autosave and replay from there (but don't make any new savegame till you talk to Sir Radzig).

I posed a similar question that went by without a reply. I would be happier if they could just be cleared and restarted. Did that sort of thing in Skyrim from time to time.

the game bugs just right after I finish the interrogation so...

i'm stuck on same quest, but don't have any saves to go back to since i did so many side quests before completing it. so now i'm just stuck.
