is there a perk/skill or potion that makes night vision better ?
i know there is torch but i want to sneak around at night like ninja

Yeah that does happen. I've had it not work at all too. Really wonky that potion is.

also what are the best perks for "Drinking" so i dont get drunk quickly. I drink few potions i get drunk :(

Wine bibler is a good one. Seeing as almost everything besides beer is wine/spirit.
